Privacy policy
This policy describes how AutoMotion Graphics (“we”) handles personal data when you use automotiongraphics.com. We operate from India and serve a global audience. Contact: sohan@zeroflywheel.com.
What we collect
Account data: email and a hashed password. If you use “Forgot password,” we email a one-hour reset link to that address. Onboarding answers: who you are, the formats you care about, what you want to make, and what a win looks like. Notes you send in the product: feedback, bug reports, feature ideas, access requests, and custom-look requests. Project data: topics, briefs, generated media needed to preview and export, and usage events (generate or edit counts). Technical data: IP address for daily quota, browser session cookie, and standard server logs.
Why we collect it
To create and run your account, match the studio to how you work, enforce daily limits, produce and preview your videos, export MP4s, prevent abuse, and review in-app requests for access or a custom look.
Processors
We use third-party cloud hosting, a database and file store, transactional email for password resets, and AI inference services to run the product. We do not sell your personal data. We do not publish a public list of model vendors; named processors can be provided to counsel under a separate agreement.
Retention
Accounts remain until you ask us to delete them. Exported MP4s are deleted after a successful download or after 48 hours, whichever comes first. Preview assets stay with the project so you can reopen it.
Cookies
We set one httpOnly session cookie after you sign in. We do not use advertising cookies. See the cookie notice.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. Email sohan@zeroflywheel.com. We may need to verify the account first.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 18. Do not create an account for a minor.

We will update this page when the practice changes. The date above is the latest revision.
