These terms govern use of AutoMotion Graphics at automotiongraphics.com. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: sohan@zeroflywheel.com.
Early access
The product is in early access. Features, limits, and availability can change. There is no service-level agreement and no promise of uninterrupted uptime.
Accounts and limits
You must provide a real email and a password of at least eight characters. You can reset a forgotten password from the sign-in page using a one-hour link sent to that email. Default accounts may generate or edit three times per UTC day. Approved accounts may receive a higher cap. Export does not consume a generate slot. Failed jobs do not consume a slot.
Your content
You are responsible for topics and briefs you submit and for anything you publish from the output. You grant us a limited license to process that material solely to run the studio (generate, preview, edit, export). Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.
Output
Videos are produced with automated systems and may contain errors, odd phrasing, or inaccurate claims. Review before you publish. We do not warrant fitness for legal, medical, or financial advice.
Exports
MP4 files are stored only until you download them or for 48 hours. Re-download after expiry requires a new export.
Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse quota, attack the service, or generate prohibited content.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AutoMotion Graphics is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the studio. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
